The kitchen overlooks the pool on the backside of the apartment. It has a sociable bar with bar chairs which either can be used as a serving counter, or allows you to dine inside, if you can’t handle the heat on the outside terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities such as filter coffee machine, micro wave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. It also boasts a modern oven and hob with flat touchscreen cooking plates. Plenty of pots, frying pans, all cutlery and crockery are available as well.

The water basin is equipped with a special feature which provides ‘soft’ drinking water which in fact tastes as nice as the commercially sold bottled water from the local super markets.

A wine rack is frequently stocked with local and imported wines by our visitors, and will hopefully encourage you to explore the culinary side of Cyprus and its wine routes during your stay.

A washing machine and drying facilities is also available for any laundry during your visit.

Recipe tip: Halloumi cheese originated in Cyprus and was initially made during the Medieval Byzantine period, subsequently gaining popularity throughout the Middle-East. It is made from a mixture of goat’s and sheep milk, although some halloumi can be bought that also contains cow’s milk. It has a high melting point, and so can easily be fried or grilled.
