Feel the hussle and bussle of life passing while enjoying the views of the sea and the orchids of a local Cypriot farmer.
The terrace comfortably entertains a group of six friends or family around an outside table. A serving counter can be used for drinks or to light up candles in the evening. A railing provides safety if you have small children.
Despite having a bar counter in the kitchen, you will most likely be spending most of your time on the terrace, and enjoying evening sun downers on this stunning spot.
Tip for a typical Cypriot brandy sour: Slice of lemon wet the lips of a tall whiskey serving glass, and dip it in sugar so the sugar stays on the lips of the glass on the outside, just a cm. Then moist the inside of the glass with angostura and drop your ice cubes, a shot of brandy and one part of campari to 10 parts of lemon squash mixture – fill the glass almost and top with soda water. And as Andy said a slice of green lemon on the lip of the glass and if you like to decorate for a lady add a cherry on the lemon with a toothpick’. The Campari makes it look a healthy colour and gives the refreshing taste.
